No responsibility will be accepted by Hales Superbole, by the board manufactures or the land owners for injury or accident arrising to the land, or to the rider or to spectators from use or misuse of the boards and/or bikes in the participation of centre activity, excpet for such injury or accident due to the negligence of Hales Superbole, the board manufactures and/or land owners. if under 16 years a parent of guardian's signiture is required before riding. All terrain boarding, dirt jumping and mountain biking can be dangerous for riders and spectators. All riders must wear the correct protective equipment when riding. All terrain boards without heal straps or snowboard style bindings must use a retention coil leash to prevent runaway boards.
